People Change Manager.
A change manager opportunity has arisen with a legal client, based in London.This is available as an 18 month FTC which is offering up to £75k.
The change manager is required to work on the people, hearts and minds change of an office relocation project- specifically focusing the HR and Finance workstreams.
The successful candidate will have evident experience of embedding change across people, change and technology. Solid change manager skills, i.e. creating the business change strategy, process mapping and re-engineering, stakeholder management etc, working on end to end project is required.
