HR Project Manager (SuccessFactors).
|Rate information||£65000 - £80000 per annum + Bonus, benefits|
My client, a leading Telecoms company, is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to work within a large scale HR transformation programme (SuccessFactors) being rolled out across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be someone that has come from a HR background (i.e. experience working previously in HR programmes), has got experience both from a business process and systems perspective (70:30) and who ideally has worked/gained knowledge with SuccessFactors. The role will report directly into the overall Programme Lead and work across the business with key stakeholders, so the successful individual will need to demonstrate credible experience in successfully dealing with different business groups/functions.
Key requirements are:
- SuccessFactors - worked/has a detailed understanding of it
- Worked with technical teams and has an understanding of HR systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
