The models have been developed to provide our clients with the maximum flexibility when deciding on the resourcing model to implement when working with Deltra.


FRP 400

The FRP service structure enables Deltra to take on the role of a Project Partner, working closely with the client over a fixed period of time for the duration of the programme. Deltra pro-actively create a client specific Resource Pool based on the required skills and competencies the client requires for the project. The client is then able to access the pool as and when required during the project.
