We support our interim managers throughout the entire Deltra life cycle, building on our years of experience to ensure a quality, professional and honest service delivery at all stages of our interaction with candidates.
- Candidate Registration
To ensure we match our candidates with only the most suitable management roles that are of genuine interest to our candidates, we build up a individual profile that looks far beyond the candidate CV. Having reviewed the registration and CV, a dedicated Deltra specialist will contact the candidate to confirm the registration and start the process to build up the comprehensive candidate profile. During our conversations, we’ll learn about the candidate’s personal background and expand on their career history. We’ll also discover their assignment interests and requirements as well as uncover the factors that motivate the candidates the most. - Role Assignment
The recruitment specialists at Deltra use the individual profile and their personal knowledge of the candidate to indentify suitable roles within the numerous new assignments we receive from our network of clients on a daily basis. When a role is identified, we contact the candidate to discuss the role and confirm the candidate is both interested and available for the assignment. Should the role be of interest, we then coach the candidate with a full briefing and further role background and obtain the most up to date CV to pass the client. - Assignment Contracts
Deltra manage the contracts for both the client and the candidate in all role assignments. This prevents any unnecessary delays or complications during contract agreement and continues the single contact relationship with the candidate. - Assignment Support
Deltra continue to actively support both candidate and client, regularly interacting with both parties checking project progression and satisfaction for the duration of the role assignment. - Deltra Network Updates
All candidates become part of our Deltra Network. Once assignments end, Deltra continue to keep candidates updated with specific practice area information through regular newsletter contact. As part of the network, candidates are invited to our exclusive networking events, practice area seminars and workshops to continue their career and network development.
