The Experience on Demand service involves working closely with you to proactively source a pool of interim professionals specific to your needs.

Most change programmes require many different resources at different stages, and resource utilisation can vary dramatically over the course of a project. The resource pool therefore has the ability to flexibly adapt as the project and its requirements evolve.

You are assigned a dedicated account manager and are able to access the pool as and when required during the life of the project.

The Experience on Demand life cycle encompasses three phases:


The key to this phase is the establishment of a trusted relationship. The research conducted includes:

  • the creation of the programme pipeline
  • role profiles based on required skills and experience
  • understanding of any potential additional services


The flexible resource model is launched once the service level agreement and pricing model has been agreed and upon sponsor and client approval. In this phase the following is carried out:

  • creating competency matrices and assigning roles to the programme
  • agreeing the candidate selection process

Once the Pool has been made available to the client, we continue monitoring and reporting regularly to ensure quality and flexibility amongst candidates.


This phase builds upon the client requirements to further refine roles and establish other 'soft' attributes that are suitable. After the candidate short list is created, we organise interviews between you and the candidates to create the flexible resource pool.

The services are discussed and analysed to create an initial pricing model.
